Bulk Ordering

(Updated March 5) Thank you for waiting, we are now taking orders for 2010 season.  By March 15, you should be able to order on line, so if you prefer, you might want to wait until then to order.   You can print and mail in the order now.

Individual cuts of beef, pork sausage, chicken and eggs are available year round at our Farm Store, Farmer’s Markets and Retail Outlets (see "Where To Find Our Products").
This is a good way to sample and test our products before you do a "bulk" purchase.

Certified Organic Grass Fed Beef

We take orders for whole, half, and quarter beef beginning in March for pick up fromAigust through December. Orders for beef require a $200 deposit. Please order early to be assured your choice of pick up dates.

Our pricing is based on “hanging weight” prior to butchering. The beef is hung for two weeks to age for flavor and tenderness, then cut and wrapped according to customer’s specifications. All processing is done in a USDA certified cut/wrap facility. The price is all inclusive - no hidden costs for butcher fees, etc.

The weights of our cattle will vary according to the weather and grass growth, so it is realistic to expect a 50 pound +/- variability. The table below shows average hanging weights and cuts for whole and half beef. This information will give you an approximate idea of costs.

Pork

We do not take orders for half or whole pig.  Instead, we have the following family pack available.  You can call to place an order & pick it up at farmers markets or at our store.
We usually have this available all year , so if you want to pick up at any market / farm store dates, please indicate. Allow at least 2 week to process.
