Bulk Ordering

Certified Organic Grass Fed Beef

We take orders for bulk beef (1/4, 1/2, whole) beginning in March for pick up from August through December. Orders for beef require a $200 deposit. These bulk beef sell out rather quickly thanks to all returning customers, so please order early to be assured your choice of pick up dates.

Our pricing is based on “hanging weight” prior to butchering. The beef is hung for 2-3 weeks to age for flavor and tenderness, then cut and wrapped according to customer’s specifications. All processing is done in a USDA certified cut/wrap facility. The price is all inclusive - no hidden costs for butcher fees, etc.

The weights of our cattle will vary according to the weather and grass growth, so it is realistic to expect a 50 pound +/- variability. The table below shows average hanging weights and cuts for whole and half beef. This information will give you an approximate idea of costs.

Feel free to customize your cuts. However, please make sure to send in your cutting instructions with your order. Otherwise, they will be cut to standard cut we recommend.
If you are first time ordering our beef, we do recommend to start with the standard cuts.. they are proven favorites of most customers last 10 years.

We sell out fairly quickly, so please order early.

Family Packs

If you are not quite ready to commit to a quarter, half or whole beef, we offer
Beef Family Pack, 35 lbs of variety cuts listed below. They are available on any weekend from August 8/7 through 12/15 and can be picked up at farmer’s market or at our farm store.  Please give us at least 14 days to process your order.  ( i.e. please don’t place an order on Friday, and expect it to be delivered on next day.  We are not LLBeans.. we check our email, see the order, go to freezer, pack the order and get ready to deliver in between farm chores.)

We do not take orders for half or whole pig.  Instead, we have the following family pack available.  You can call to place an order & pick it up at farmers markets or at our store.
